Skilled Nursing Care
If you need long-term care, your 24-hour nursing care will be coordinated with your physician. Our staff follows an individualized care plan and conducts ongoing health assessments. You are encouraged to participate in our recreational activities and religious services, and may also receive counseling from our chaplain and social workers.
At Artman, our philosophy of resident-centered care is changing to reflect a “household” model: a homelike, family atmosphere that helps residents thrive. The shared warmth of a community helps residents and staff connect with each other to strengthen their relationship.
At Liberty Lutheran, we’re transforming outdated ideas about long-term care. We’re committed to developing and supporting systems of care to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the residents we serve. The goal of “resident-centered” care is to nurture each individual’s dignity and freedom. We’re creating an environment built around resident preferences, with personalized care plans, a collaborative leadership approach and consistent staff assignments.
