The Artman Difference
“It is a privilege and a pleasure to serve as medical director at Artman whose core values mirror the cardinal principles of geriatric medicine. This includes a multidisciplinary team approach, practicing high quality, evidence-based medicine. Artman staff not only care for the individual but the entire family and tailor individual goals of care based on patient preference. I would be happy to have my parents at Artman for any short-or-long-term needs without hesitation.” Andrew Rosenzweig, MD FACP, Abington Memorial Hospital
You will experience the difference our staff makes in the lives of our residents as soon as you join the Artman community. Our staff’s dedication to caring for older adults begins with a friendly welcome and extends to the most compassionate care for the residents who call Artman “home” and to the families who love them.
Our staff members include professional licensed nurses, therapists, recreation specialists and certified nursing assistants. In order to assure the best in quality care, we offer our staff The Liberty Lutheran Core Competency Training program and the World Class University to provide them with year-long training sessions to enhance skills in leadership.
Artman is a great place to work and live! Our employees voted Artman #3 out of the Top 100 Workplaces in Philadelphia in 2011, and the Artman facility boasts a 5-Star Nursing Home Compare rating.
